Some of you may dread going to the gym for these few (of many) reasons:
-It's that time of the month
-You don't want to go alone
-You don't know what to do when you get there
or this priceless one -You feel fat
Time to show those excuses the door!
Like many of you, I work a full time job and when I get off work, the last thing I want to do is work out and then have to make a healthy dinner too. When that's all done, you have a few spare hours then it's off to bed to do it all over again.
I'm just a normal girl and I thought, if I can do it, you can do it. So, I'm going to start posting workouts, recipes, product reviews, fun finds and most of all, motivation! I will include picture of my journey in hopes that you will be inspired.
